About the role
AEP National Development Program supports fresh graduates, by providing Structured Training & Development, Mentoring & Coaching, Rotational Programs, Career Progression Opportunities and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in training and development programs
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects in your assigned department
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects
- Attend meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities
- Perform research and analysis to support departmental initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Network and security or any related
- Strong academic record
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive and self-motivated
