To grow our network of AI-powered influencers, we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and resourceful individual to recruit, onboard, and support creators who want to launch their own AI clones.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard Creators Identify and reach out to potential creators, guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Personalized Support Assist new creators in setting up their AI profiles, configuring their accounts, and optimizing their content for engagement.
• Education & Training Provide resources, tutorials, and best practices to help creators maximize their earnings and fan engagement.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Address any technical or account-related questions creators may have during onboarding.
• Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Community Building Foster strong relationships with creators, collecting feedback and ensuring they feel valued on our platform.
• Performance Tracking Monitor creator engagement, retention, and earnings to identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent recruitment, or digital media (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication & networking skills You enjoy building relationships and connecting with new people.
• Social media savvy You understand the creator economy and trends across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Interest in digital content & partnerships Youre excited about working with creators and finding new collaboration opportunities.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve outreach and recruitment.
• Analytical mindset You can assess the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies and optimize them for better results.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or social media.
