Yard Supervisor

Founded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high-tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.

ZOOMLION is seeking a YARD SUPERVISOR for Dubai Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management, organization, and maintenance of the company’s yard, ensuring that all machines are appropriately arranged, cleaned, and presented according to company standards. This role involves close coordination with product line engineers and other departments to monitor yard activities, handle stock transfers, track service orders, manage customer complaints, and report on weekly operational metrics.

The Yard Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency within the yard, contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the company’s goals of order, cleanliness, and accountability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Yard Arrangement: Ensure all machines are systematically parked, aligned, and displayed with a good appearance in the yard.
2. Machine and Yard Cleaning: Coordinate with product line engineers to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of both the yard and machines at all times, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
3. Stock Transfers: Oversee stock transfers to ensure the yard has an adequate number of machines and is never empty, maintaining a well-stocked appearance.
4. Service Order Monitoring: Track and monitor the status of requested service orders, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow.
5. Customer Complaint Management: Register major customer complaints promptly, follow up with both customers and product lines, and ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Zoomlink Promotion and QR Code Binding: Promote the use of Zoomlink and manage QR code binding for equipment as directed, and complete any other key tasks assigned by the line manager.
7. Weekly Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports on dispatch activities, inbound shipments, stock counts, and machine population, providing insights and data to support yard operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience in yard or warehouse supervision, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Familiarity with stock management and reporting processes.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with product line teams and adhere to company policies and standards.

The candidate must be locally available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
