We are looking for an International Commercial Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Duties
Identify new sales opportunities in international commercial markets by researching and analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and distributors, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and distributors.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as an international commercial sales manager, preferably in the same real estate field.
Other Requirements:
Existing network of international clients.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable.
