We are currently recruiting for a full-time Security Officer to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Security Officer, you will secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; and permitting entry. You will prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; and restraining trespassers while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

1. Patrol the hotel on a regular basis ensuring fire walks take place and are recorded.
2. Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
3. Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations.
4. Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary.
5. Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents.
6. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry. You should demonstrate the ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be quality-oriented with a focus on details. High performance standards, the ability to multi-task & meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software are preferable.
