Maintain your department consistency through the continuous improvement of quality of raw and processed ingredients as well as all relevant costs and expenses.
Work directly with all support departments, Engineering, Stewarding, and Hygiene for the maintenance of the Hotels Fire Life Safety Program, Maintenance of all Equipment, and Hygiene Program to the highest Regent standards.
Actively contribute towards the Hotels Regent Food Library and conduct regular masterclasses within the team for continuous quality advancement.
Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines, ensuring your direct reports do the same.
Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
Be familiar with property safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures, and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the Regent Distinction Service Behaviors, the Strategic Brand Pillars, and the respective service standards of the Regent Brand.
