Job description
Key requirements:
- 10 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Oil and gas experience.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in:
- HR business planning
- Developing and maintaining performance management
- Creating HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment (preparing Job Descriptions, participating in interviews)
- Advisory to change management programmes
