Oil and Gas HR Advisor

Key requirements:

1. 10 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
2. Oil and gas experience.
3. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
4. Experience in:
1. HR business planning
2. Developing and maintaining performance management
3. Creating HR policies and procedures
4. Recruitment (preparing Job Descriptions, participating in interviews)
5. Advisory to change management programmes
