Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end systems using Next.js and Nest.js.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices.
4. Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain system health and performance.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
2. Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Next.js and Nest.js.
4. Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
