Job Purpose:
The Investment Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying and presenting a range of investment options tailored to the unique needs and goals of high-net-worth individuals within the Elite and Private banking segment. This role involves thorough market research, analysis of investment products, and the creation of comprehensive investment portfolios. The Investment Solutions Manager ensures that clients are well-informed about their investment choices and risks associated, while strictly adhering to the policy of not providing direct financial advice or recommendations. The investment specialist should maintain and grow the investment relationship with the customers along with the distribution channels. Conducting regular one-on-ones with relationship managers to provide knowledge inputs to improve business opportunities from the existing base of clients.
Principal Accountabilities:
Investment client Acquisition and Investment Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients along with the RM through customer meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Create and implement strategies to increase AUM and revenue along with the coverage team, aligning with the set KPIs.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly review and analyze the performance of investment products and customer portfolios.
Have a clear conceptual understanding of the investments business, global capital markets, and the latest macro-economic trends and developments in the financial markets to provide high quality of advice.
Provide clients with regular updates on portfolios, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Ensure full investment governance for all investment transactions.
Product Specialist Responsibilities:
Conduct regular one-on-one investment discussions with RMs in the Consumer segment to improve business opportunities from the existing base of clients.
Oversee the entire investment process, including strategy formulation, risk management, and performance evaluation to maintain transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
Work with and assist the product team with the launch and promotion of new investment products.
Requirements:
Education And Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or Science.
CISI qualification or equivalent.
7 - 10 years experience in wealth management, investment sales, private banking, or client advisory with a strong grounding in consumer banking.
