Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor and control project timelines and budgets to ensure all milestones are met without compromising quality or safety standards.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all fit-out works are completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail on finishes, design elements, and branding consistency.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address them, ensuring minimal impact on the timeline and budget.
Luxury Brand Alignment: Work closely with design and branding teams to ensure that all outlets reflect the latest trends in luxury branding, maintaining brand identity and consistency across locations.
Progress Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status, including progress against budget, timeline, and quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out works for luxury showrooms or retail outlets.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Knowledge of Trends: In-depth knowledge of current trends in luxury retail design, construction, and fit-out works.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions quickly.
Education: A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working with high-end luxury retail brands.
