Outdoor Sales Executive (Kitchen Equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell kitchen and domestic appliances to potential customers in designated sales areas.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's kitchen and domestic appliance products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information promptly.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on a regular basis.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to meet with potential customers and demonstrate products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Good knowledge in sales of kitchen cabinets and domestic appliances.
- Experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Good communication skills in multiple languages.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD/Architectural drawings / MS Office/Interior Designing is preferable.
- Professional in customer service and customer relationship management.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
