Job description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals, drive talent management, and foster a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
