Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
