As a Training & Development Executive, you will be tasked with conceiving, designing, developing, and delivering training for the employees of Dubizzle’s VAS vertical. Responsibilities include running New Hire Training programs, Employee Onboarding, Sales Training, Technical/System training, Policy Training, and refreshers, as well as post-training interventions to keep employees updated with the required knowledge.
In this role, you will:
- Design an overall training strategy and roadmap for the vertical.
- Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) exercises with commercial and support teams.
- Develop training structure in line with the company vision.
- Conceive and design training modules based on the training needs.
- Design and conduct quizzes and tests to assess the skills and knowledge level of the employee base.
- Oversee the new hire training of commercial and support staff.
- Spearhead the onboarding program for leadership positions.
- Supervise junior training resources assigned to different lines of business.
- Report team performance to the line.
- Conduct periodic impact analysis of the training programs and align with organizational goals.
- Work with business heads and allied department stakeholders to gather training requirements regularly.
- Design and conduct sales training programs for all levels of the sales hierarchy.
- In coordination with Tech, conduct system training for commercial and support staff.
- Compile post-training analysis and report to the Manager of Training.
- Implement performance improvement interventions whenever required with the support of Sales Effectiveness staff.
- Collaborate with BI and Marketing to design and implement Market Intelligence training programs.
- Coach and counsel employees on departmental requests.
- Attend events and conferences that pertain to commercial understanding.
- Work on special projects assigned by the line.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of LMS and CRM.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork skills.
