Urgent Hiring for HRBP- Female Candidate only

Align HR strategies with organizational goals by building the company’s HR structure, developing job architecture, developing and updating policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance. The role focuses on maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, supporting talent management, and driving efficiency in HR processes.

Strategic HR Support:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Reporting Manager on HR-related matters, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the company's objectives.
  2. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development.
  3. Collaborate with the HR Manager to share best practices and guidance and ensure alignment with broader HR strategies.

Policy and Procedure Development:

  1. Develop, review, and update existing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.
  2. Assist in creating new policies to address emerging business needs or compliance requirements.

Job Architecture and Role Banding:

  1. Assist with the creation and development of job architecture, including defining job families, roles, and responsibilities and creating clear career paths.
  2. Establish job banding for each role across the organization to ensure consistency in role classification, compensation, and career progression.
  3. Ensure that all job descriptions are aligned with job banding and organizational goals.

Job Descriptions Management:

  1. Ensure each employee has an up-to-date, signed job description accurately reflecting their responsibilities, role, and career trajectory.
  2. Regularly review and update job descriptions as needed, ensuring they remain current and reflect any changes in responsibilities, company structure, or legal requirements.
  3. Maintain a system to track job descriptions, ensure they are signed by employees, and file them appropriately for future reference.

Employee Documentation and Compliance:

  1. Ensure that HR documentation, including signed job descriptions, performance reviews, and employee records, is accurately maintained and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Regularly audit HR files to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant, mainly when employees leave or transition roles within the company.

Performance Review Cycle Management:

  1. Work with all staff to set SMART individual annual goals with their Line Manager in line with corporate goals.
  2. Manage and oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring it is aligned with company goals and employees' professional development.
  3. Work with department heads to ensure timely and effective performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  4. Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.

Succession Planning and Talent Management:

  1. Work with Senior Management to recruit new staff as per the organization chart.
  2. Support developing and implementing succession planning initiatives by ensuring job descriptions are clearly defined, updated, and aligned with talent management strategies.
  3. Assist in creating a proactive strategy to replace employees who leave, ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date, and recruitment can be initiated promptly.

Payroll and Administrative Support:

  1. Oversee HR-related administrative functions, including coordination with the finance team regarding payroll processing.
  2. Review HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operation.
  3. Track staff attendance, sick leave, and annual leaves.
  4. Onboarding: ensuring that all employee needs will be met, including IT requirements, workspace requirements, introduction email, welcome & office tour, orientation.
  5. Offboarding: Exit Interviews, final settlement.
  6. Draft employee contracts.
  7. Resolve any employee issues and conflicts that arise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and an in-depth understanding of UAE Labour laws.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving organization is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
