About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for LexisNexis Middle East based in our Dubai office, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities across the GCC region.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, events, and LinkedIn.
  • Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinating with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
  • Meeting with Solutions Account Executives to ensure accurate and fully documented pre-sales information.
  • Collaborating with sales prospecting teams to schedule effective demonstrations and meetings.
  • Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.

Requirements

  • Have previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with SaaS solutions and an understanding of their value proposition in a business context.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Be a self-starter with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
  • Possess a positive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Have interest in a career in sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn.
