Full job description

A well-reputed nursery in Sharjah is looking for a Nursery Teacher.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
2. Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
3. Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to encourage exploration and creativity.
4. Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.
5. Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
6. Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones.
7. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
2. EYTS Certified.
3. 1+ years’ experience working with children in a classroom setting.
4. Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
