• We have 5 retail outlets and one wholesale store, taking care of stock, day-to-day operations, offers in the branch, motivating supervisors and in-charges, etc.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Develop and implement strategic plans based on market analysis, driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and maximizes ROI.
