Job Description

We are seeking an Event Sales Specialist to drive event sales, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, event planning, and client management while demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for event sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Understand client needs and create customized event solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
  • Present event packages and proposals to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activities in the event industry.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or corporate sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales for events, conferences, or exhibitions.
  • Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and venue management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
