Agile Consultants is a leading recruitment firm in the UAE, specializing in providing top-notch contingency recruitment services to clients across various industries. We are now looking for a dedicated and professional telesales executive to join our team and help drive new business acquisitions.
Job Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:Actively engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote our contingency recruitment services.
Client Communication:Clearly communicate Agile Consultants value proposition, understand client needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions.
Lead Generation:Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through telesales efforts.
Follow-up:Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Database Management:Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client interactions to management for review and strategy adjustments.
Job Requirements:
Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in telesales.
Professional Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone.
Work from Home Setup:Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism. Candidates must be based in the UAE, preferably on a spouse/dependent visa.
Motivation & Drive:A highly self-motivated and target-driven individual who can work autonomously and focus on achieving sales goals.
Working Hours:Full availability during standard work hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM UAE time).
Business Development Acumen:Ability to understand business needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
