Job Description

We are looking for passionate, energetic, experienced German, British, Russian, Chinese, and Emirati candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

1. Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
2. Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
3. Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
4. Creating lists for real estate sale/rent properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
5. Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
6. Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
7. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
8. Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
9. Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
10. Licensed real estate agent or at least have 1 or 2 years of experience in the real estate market.
11. Knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
