Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a friendly and patient demeanor and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures to customers.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems finding appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
* Record and maintain accurate customer records interactions and transactions in the companys CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments such as Sales Billing and Technical Support to address customer needs and concerns.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
