Job Description: Sundus is seeking a Recruiter with strong experience in recruitment agencies, specializing in permanent hiring/direct-hire roles across the Middle East market. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in making calls, and skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for direct-hire roles across various industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist top talent using multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactively engage with potential candidates through calls, networking, and referrals.
