Job Brief:
We are searching for a friendly Front Desk Representative to handle all clerical and receptionist tasks at our main entrance desk.
Accountabilities
- Maintain the front desk stocked with all the supplies it needs, including paper, pens, and forms.
- Welcome and greet visitors.
- Respond to inquiries and grievances.
- Respond to all incoming calls, reroute them, or retain messages.
- Get and distribute letters, packages, and other items.
- Prepare mail for delivery by writing letters, wrapping packages, etc.
- Examine, arrange, and distribute emails.
- Keep an eye on your office supplies and schedule orders as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.
- Keep an eye on office bills and expenses.
