Maintenance Engineering Technician

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure correct supply and maintenance of building infrastructure, including electricity, air conditioning, compressed air, drainage, etc.

Qualifications and Education:

• Experience and technical skills with building infrastructure.
• 0-2 years of relevant proven experience in a similar function.
• Proactive with good initiative in troubleshooting and initiating measures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure correct supply and maintenance of building infrastructure, such as electricity, air conditioning, compressed air, drainage.
• Support service management as needed, ensuring high quality according to company policy and procedure.
• Register all fixing processes in the system/documentation.
• Perform full tests on devices post-fixing.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to integrate maintenance into overall plant performance goals.
