At Flashy, we're transforming how people create and manage visual content. Our all-in-one platform streamlines the entire content creation process - from booking vetted, market-leading professional photographers and videographers, to tracking orders, and hosting final assets.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our in-house production team, working with over 200 of the world's largest brands.

Your role:

We are expanding our in-house Videography Team with a dedicated Videographer Role. Applicants must be comfortable with both the videography and capture side of the role, and the post-production and editing.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging video content.
2. Manage all stages of video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distribution and archiving.
3. Set up, manage and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones for location and studio production.
4. Ability to edit video content using current industry software for optimum results.
5. Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
6. Experience using Da Vinci, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition and relevant software. (FCP and Grading is a plus).

Videographer Qualifications:

1. You must have a strong, extensive videography and editing portfolio.
2. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines.
3. Have a comprehensive knowledge of videography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment.
4. Driving license not necessary, but a plus!
5. Own equipment not necessary, but a plus!
