Job Description:

1. Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
2. Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
3. Creating innovative dishes in line with changing trends in the industry
4. Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
2. Experience working with international cuisine is preferred
3. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
4. Strong leadership qualities
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
