Roessel Joy is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our multi-entity organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, exceptional organizational skills, be highly detail oriented, and have experience managing multiple sets of books. This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on performing duties that support the team and management, allowing them to make financial, operational, and strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background with experience managing multiple sets of books and overseeing financial consolidation and reporting. You should be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important for this role, as the Accounting Manager will need to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required for this position, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience managing multiple sets of books. CPA or CMA certification is also a plus. This is a hybrid position, and we require the applicant to be in the Greater Boston area.
