1. JOB PURPOSE
To help the organization in fulfilling the sales objectives by ensuring timely and efficient processing of all customer orders.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- 12th Class or equivalent
- English language – Read, write and speak - basic level
- Additional language – advantage
- Extensive MS office/other IT, ERP knowledge
- 0-2 years prior experience in a similar role in UAE, exceptions for internal candidates
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal - Communication linkages to Sales team, logistics, EDP Supervisor, finance.
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- Processing sales orders as per sales team requirements and forwarding to the logistics department.
- Creating debit note and credit note for customers.
- Updating all status regarding stock availability and price of the articles to the sales team.
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy within timelines. Responsible for checking the credit block and credit limit.
- Receiving customer orders by means of phone, email, and accurate and timely issuing of delivery orders.
- Daily monitoring of stocks and generating reports of the same to forward to the sales team.
- Following up on delivery and coordinating with the sales team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month.
