Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital efforts across multiple channels, with a focus on data-driven strategies, content optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate is strategic and analytical, with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, who can effectively manage paid, earned, and owned media to support lead generation, boost brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals across multiple platforms.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimal performance in paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Paid Media Management & Optimization:
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to enhance conversions and lower acquisition costs.
- SEO & Content Optimization:
- Boost organic visibility through targeted keyword research, content optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Partner with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that engages audiences and improves search rankings.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and update strategies to enhance organic reach and site indexing.
- Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:
- Set up and manage tracking tools, including Google Analytics and clickstream tracking, to gather insights across channels.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, audience insights, and conversion metrics with data-driven recommendations.
- Develop monthly dashboards and performance reports, sharing insights and optimization suggestions with stakeholders.
- Design and execute lead generation strategies, using data to refine calls-to-action and enhance conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns for high engagement and visibility across social media, email, and paid channels.
- Content Marketing & Audience Building:
- Create and manage content strategies that drive traffic, foster brand engagement, and support list-building goals.
- Use data insights to refine content distribution and improve engagement across target audiences.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in generating insights from digital data and tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of content marketing, keyword research, and social media engagement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
