Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital efforts across multiple channels, with a focus on data-driven strategies, content optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate is strategic and analytical, with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, who can effectively manage paid, earned, and owned media to support lead generation, boost brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals across multiple platforms.
  2. Ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimal performance in paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  3. Paid Media Management & Optimization:
    1. Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
    2. Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to enhance conversions and lower acquisition costs.
  4. SEO & Content Optimization:
    1. Boost organic visibility through targeted keyword research, content optimization, and SEO best practices.
    2. Partner with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that engages audiences and improves search rankings.
    3. Conduct regular SEO audits and update strategies to enhance organic reach and site indexing.
  5. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:
    1. Set up and manage tracking tools, including Google Analytics and clickstream tracking, to gather insights across channels.
    2. Regularly report on campaign performance, audience insights, and conversion metrics with data-driven recommendations.
    3. Develop monthly dashboards and performance reports, sharing insights and optimization suggestions with stakeholders.
  6. Design and execute lead generation strategies, using data to refine calls-to-action and enhance conversion rates.
  7. Optimize campaigns for high engagement and visibility across social media, email, and paid channels.
  8. Content Marketing & Audience Building:
    1. Create and manage content strategies that drive traffic, foster brand engagement, and support list-building goals.
    2. Use data insights to refine content distribution and improve engagement across target audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.
  3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  4. Strong analytical abilities, with experience in generating insights from digital data and tracking tools.
  5. Solid understanding of content marketing, keyword research, and social media engagement.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
