User Interface Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
Develop site maps and wireframes to structure content and layout effectively.
Design intuitive navigation systems that enhance user engagement.
Create interactive prototypes and mockups using design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Develop visually appealing and on-brand UI designs.
Ensure responsive and accessible design across various devices and platforms.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Provide clear design specifications and assets to the development team.
Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
