Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for job applicants.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and training.
- Assist in managing benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
- Assist in conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation data.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations and support to the HR Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
