Job Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for job applicants.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and training.
  • Assist in managing benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
  • Assist in conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation data.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations and support to the HR Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
