English Head of Department

We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic English teacher to lead our English Department and to teach our middle and high school EAL learners.

You need:

1. An education degree or equivalent in English.
2. A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience.
3. Experience in leading a project or team.
4. To be a native-level speaker or hold an IELTS of 8 or above.
5. Previous experience in an American or British curriculum school preferred.
6. Ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
7. Ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
8. Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
9. Able to conduct PD sessions using best practices.
