The ideal candidate will have to ensure all aspects of the functions of EMU software's planning and execution:

• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements,
• Defining the product vision, and
• Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure the product is successful in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the subject matter expert of EMU software, you will:

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in line with the company-wide objectives to ensure the product's success in the market.
• Understand and translate customer requirements into comprehensive product solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analyses to provide insight into driving product decisions and sustaining a competitive lead.
• Work closely with product teams and engineers to ensure the successful development and implementation of product updates and enhancements.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategy, as well as provide technical insight into the product.
• Provide technical support to customers pre- and post-delivery, addressing technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Proven experience in product management, user experience, and market trends.
• 2 years experience in product management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in market research, product roadmap development, and driving product success.
