Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. You must have a proven track record of creating unique and mouth-watering dishes that will delight our customers. You should also be capable of overseeing and managing a team of cooks, food preparers, and other kitchen staff in order to ensure efficient operations in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
As the Executive Chef, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Creating new recipes
2. Developing menus
3. Organizing special events
4. Managing kitchen staff’s duties and ensuring they follow established safety protocols
5. Collaborating with other departments (such as marketing and operations) to ensure proper management of food service

Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Proven ability to develop creative menus from scratch
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• A passion for cooking and culinary development
