Job description

Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan
Coordinate with offshore project manager or outsourcing partners on project status.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Information Transparency
Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
Ability to understand and document customer requirements.
Maintain Customer, Prepare Project Proposals and try to find avenues of business in an existing account
