Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experiences and Qualifications:

1. MRICS or APC candidate who anticipates completing chartership in the specified time period.
2. Experience in the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure.
3. Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
4. Minimum of 10 years of experience.
5. Minimum of 5 years UAE experience.
6. Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 3 years.
7. Proficient in the use of QS software, Cost X or similar is required.
8. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
