Senior Oracle Technical Consultant

The Oracle Technical Consultant is responsible for working closely with the Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team to successfully manage the design, customization, implementation, development, support, testing, and preparation of technical documentation using Oracle tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to ERP operations from a technical perspective.
• Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP, including making REST and SOAP calls.
• Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented Oracle ERP modules.
• Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP.
• Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
• Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
• Manage on-time change delivery and business expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).
• Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and follow Oracle best practices.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide remedial actions, whether functional or technical in nature, liaising with Oracle where required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification.
