Roles and responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

  • Craft and execute a strategic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop bilingual content (Arabic & English) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with our brand tone.
  • Consistently post, track engagement metrics, and adjust content based on insights and trends.
  • Confidently engage on social media—appear in videos, share insights, and directly connect with our audience.

Community Management

  • Actively nurture and grow our community on WhatsApp by fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Create a positive, engaging atmosphere by responding to comments, addressing inquiries, and sparking discussions.
  • Regularly monitor community sentiment and suggest improvements for a better experience.

Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Source and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors in the finance and investment niche.
  • Manage influencer campaigns, track their performance, and optimize relationships to boost reach and engagement.

Organic Follower Growth

  • Drive organic growth through innovative campaigns, compelling content, and engagement tactics.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance growth strategies and elevate community engagement.

Content Writing & Market Insights

  • Produce engaging content focused on US stock markets and investing trends for social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with US market trends to provide timely, educational content for our community.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (essential).
  • In-depth understanding of the US stock market and basic investing principles.
  • Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and community growth.
  • Strong bilingual content writing skills.
  • Experience managing communities across platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord.
  • Confident in appearing on social media and creating video content (preferred).
  • Experienced in influencer partnerships and campaign performance tracking.
