2. Manage the full sales cycle for property owners in your area of specialization:
Receive requests from property owners and provide consultations on market trends and building-specific dynamics (pricing, volumes);
Collaborate with analysts to evaluate properties and develop sales scenarios, aligning them with the property owner;
Work with the listing manager to input property details into the internal database, portals such as Property Finder and Bayut, and distribute them through internal and external channels;
Visit properties for inspections and photo/video documentation;
Provide regular feedback to property owners and adjust sales strategies as needed;
Handle incoming leads for property sales, manage them in the CRM system, and conduct property viewings;
Negotiate terms with buyers and sellers;
Oversee the full transaction cycle, including signing contracts, coordinating NOCs, FOLs, checks, and the process at the trustee office;
Assist in preparing final transaction documents and archiving them on the internal server;
Collaborate with the finance department on transaction-related matters (invoicing, transfers, escrow accounts, etc.);
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote client properties.
