Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct sensory and consumer testing to ensure products meet desired quality and sensory attributes.
- Adhere to and implement GMP requirements in the lab to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
- Document all lab work accurately and consistently for future reference and analysis.
- Write new policies and procedures to streamline product development processes and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
