Project Manager-Fitout

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Fit Out to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for interior fit-out projects.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  
• Prepare detailed project plans and communicate them to stakeholders.
  

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and onsite teams.
  
• Monitor and ensure quality control of all fit-out work onsite.
  
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
  

• Manage project budgets and control expenditures.
  
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors while ensuring cost efficiency.
  
• Verify and approve project invoices and cost variations.
  

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, communications, and progress reports.
  
• Ensure projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  
• Handover completed projects with proper documentation and snag-free results.
  

• Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  
• Address unforeseen issues promptly while keeping stakeholders informed.
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods.
  
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
