Assistant Manager /Manager - Visual and Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Conception and execution of motion graphics animation-based projects.
2. Design branding and communication collaterals supporting learning projects and the business.
3. Design and Animation of design assets for e-learning projects and micro learning videos.
4. Design and animation for social media marketing.
5. Assist in video shoot and editing of learning videos for business and training academy.
6. Develop creative, strategic ideas around micro learning solutions.
7. Creation of motion graphics assets for video such as title cards, lower thirds, and end cards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in animation/design or media related field or P.G. Diploma in animation/design or media related field with relevant industry experience.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Animate).
4. Knowledge of Blender 3D will be an added advantage.
5. Strong knowledge of design principles, videography, photography, animation, and video editing.
6. Experience in creating short video content using live action and animation.
7. Knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create graphics and illustrations.
8. Proficiency in creating doodles and infographics content to effectively communicate real estate concepts.
9. Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media posts.
10. Strong project management and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of content.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and real estate professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The Visual and Motion Graphics designer is responsible for designing and animating video learning content specifically tailored for the real estate industry. The candidate will also support animation and video editing for social media marketing of the sales training department. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, utilizing prominent animation and video editing tools, and AI technology. The candidate will showcase a strong understanding of animation, design principles, and video editing.
