Retail Leasing Manager

We are recruiting a Retail Leasing Manager for one of the real estate companies based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy levels and rental revenue.
2. Maintain a retail mix that reflects the property's vision and appeals to its target audience.
3. Source and engage prospective retail tenants, including local, regional, and national brands.
4. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions to align with the property's objectives.
5. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements.

Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of proven experience in retail leasing or commercial property leasing.
3. Prior experience in F&B leasing is mandatory.
