Finance Manager - MENA Assistance MENAA

The Role
As the Finance Manager, your goal is to manage and have full responsibility and be accountable for the overall functions of the Finance Department for MENA Assistance (the Company) and its affiliates, as well as handling any financial representation as advised by the Managing Director. Prepare Pricing for the company’s products and services for new and renewal client contracts. As our Finance Manager, your duties and responsibilities generally include:

1. Developing financial strategy and benchmarking results
2. High-level financial reporting and analysis
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
4. Cash flow management
5. Treasury Operations
6. Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
7. Stakeholder management
8. Preparing and managing company VAT and tax returns statements
9. Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
10. Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice risk management for strategizing and decision making
11. Analyzing key financial information to optimize long-term planning
12. Costing and Pricing of services contracts and projects
13. Managing Payroll process
14. Team Management
15. Confidentiality

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
2. Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant
3. Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience
4. Familiarity with SAGE Accounting System
5. Knowledge of general accounting principles
6. Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as Peachtree, Sage, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.
7. Excellent knowledge of Project Accounting and Financial Management techniques
8. Five (5) to Ten (10) years related experience
