Qualifications

1. Valid UAE driving license
2. Diploma in Civil
3. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
7. Health and Safety certifications or training
8. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For :

1. Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
2. Working closely with various stakeholders on project related matters.
3. Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the fit-out project to ensure smooth execution.
4. Analysing risks and mitigating these in order to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
5. Ensuring the project is in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.
6. Managing a team of 11-50 people.
