Site Civil Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of laborers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for specific projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities.
• Have knowledge and can perform civil works and ensure proper methods are used.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers, tenants, and laborers.
• Ability to work under pressure is a must.

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
