Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tailor Department Supervisor to oversee our tailoring operations, manage a team of seamstresses, and ensure timely and high-quality garment production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in garment alterations, inventory control, vendor management, and client relations, with a strong understanding of the local UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the tailoring team, ensuring quality and productivity.
2. Oversee garment production, including alterations, hemming, zippers, and finishing.
3. Manage B2B client relationships, particularly with clothing brands.
4. Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for material procurement.
5. Use Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
6. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Valid driver’s license required.
2. Strong garment production and alteration knowledge.
3. Experience with B2B clients and vendor management.
4. Knowledge of the UAE market for materials sourcing.
5. Proven experience in tailoring department management.
6. Degree in Business Management or Fashion Business Management is preferred.
