About the Role

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the Facilities and overall compliance with the facilities policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Overall maintenance of all Facilities with a big focus on the staff accommodation.
2. Ensuring that the Facilities comply with the facilities policy.
3. Ensuring that the Facilities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
4. Forecasting any additional Equipment requirements.
5. Ensuring, together with the KONE finance team, that all bills in relation to the Facility for lease, utilities, and other are paid in a timely manner.
6. Ensuring that all Employees living in a Facility are informed about the rules and safety precautions of the Facility.
7. Managing the Camp Boss(es) / Accommodation Officer Services or other persons responsible for individual Facilities.
8. Optimization of the facilities and timely renewal of the leases.

What we are looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. 2 years experience in facilities management, maintenance, building operations, or related fields is highly beneficial.
3. With valid UAE driving license.
