Senior Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draftsman with a strong background in drafting and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for joinery and fit out projects using AutoCAD software.
2. Provide technical support during the construction phase to resolve design-related issues.
3. Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
4. Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Select appropriate materials and hardware in collaboration with suppliers.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, revisions, and project updates.
7. Oversee the preparation of 2D and 3D drawings and models.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior Fit out projects within the UAE.
3. Extensive experience in preparing initial tender drawings and converting them into detailed shop drawings.
4. Strong knowledge in preparing cutting sheets and material quantity calculations for each item.
5. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
