Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitate negotiations, and provide guidance throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients.
3. Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during visits.
4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
5. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease.
6. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other documents.
7. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
8. Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
9. Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
5. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and practices.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Additional Information:

• This position is commission-based only. There is no basic salary provided.
• As a support, a two-month allowance may be provided to selected candidates, subject to management approval and based on the candidate's sales background.

Pay: Up to AED500,000.00 per year
